What are the model inputs during inference?

Could you clarify what kind of inputs will be provided during inference? Specifically, will the metadata of the target CT volume be available in addition to the radiology report?

Spacing information is provided in the .mha file headers. Values are already corrected to be HU values. If you need more metadata for your model, we can provide them separately for each input .mha file.
