Not allowed to create algorithm for submission.

Hello everyone,

I can not create an algorithm because it says that my account is not validated, even though in grad-challenge it is validated ( green icon ), in vlm3dchallenge it's not.

Validation status message:

Thank you for confirming your email. Your verification request will be manually reviewed by site administrators within 0 minutes from now. Please do not contact support until that time. We will contact you if we require more information

Anyone had the same issue ?

I got the same problem.

I encountered a similar issue as well. When creating the algorithm, I was required to verify my account. I had submitted the verification previously, so it showed "Please check your institutional email for the confirmation link," but the confirmation link had expired. Even though I have now changed my email, I am still unable to verify my account. I sent an email to the organizers but haven't received a reply.
