Import Status at Import Initialized

Hello all,

I uploaded a docker image to my algorithm but the status of it is innactive and marked as import intialized.

Import Status: Import Initialized Image Can Be Used: False

I uploaded the image 2 days ago, anyone facing the same issue? Or do you know how much time it takes for it to be imported?

Hello, I’m encountering a similar issue when uploading my algorithm’s Docker image. Details are as follows:

• Import Status remains “Import Initialized”
• Image Can Be Used: False
• The algorithm status stays inactive;

When I try to re-upload, the system shows: “You have an existing container image importing, please wait for it to complete,” so I can’t proceed.

I’ve been waiting for over 2 days, and the status hasn’t changed. At this point, I can’t complete the task or submit for evaluation. How did others resolve this issue? Has the organizer provided any response or fix?

For me it's still the same status since I posted.

This may be due to network instability or similar reasons causing the website to freeze. With completely identical containers, I encountered this problem when uploading, but my teammates successfully activated them when uploading from different locations.

Could you please try reuploading your image? It should be working now. Also, please avoid reuploading if your algorithm has failed. We are currently running failed Docker submissions on an external cluster, and in the process, we fix any Docker-related issues in the images. If an issue requires the author’s intervention, we will reach out directly.
