11 days "executing algorithm"

Hi! I've been following the responses of delayed submission results on task 1, but 11 days seems a little too much. There should be something to either see what's going on or stop the running task if it is taking too much. I tested the docker file locally and it worked, and I checked the explanation on task 1 forum, but mine has been stuck for days, I don't know if someone has experienced something similar. Thank you!

Same for me in task 4, it's stuck from 11 days and I cannot submit again even thought I test the docker in the try-out section and it works

Hi again. Do someone know if there's a way to cancel a submission or do something else? It's been 2 weeks and I'd like to either try again or do some changes if possible.
