CRG Metric

Hey, is somewhere an implementation for the CRG Score? On the Github page https://github.com/ibrahimethemhamamci/CRG there is "coming soon". It would be helpful to have this metric available for method development because the bleu etc. metrics are not really helpful for evaluating report generation performance.
