Assistance with Uploaded .tar.gz

I uploaded a .tar.gz file that was created using the code provided by the organizers. However, it's been over 8 hours, and the UI still shows the following: Status: Inactive (in red) Image Usable: False Import Status: Import Initialised

I'm wondering if this is a common issue others are experiencing, or if I may have missed a step during the process. Any guidance or clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Could you please try reuploading your image? It should be working now. Also, please avoid reuploading if your algorithm has failed. We are currently running failed Docker submissions on an external cluster, and in the process, we fix any Docker-related issues in the images. If an issue requires the author’s intervention, we will reach out directly.
