Submission and Account Access Issues Preventing Participation

I am writing on behalf of my research group to report a critical issue that is currently preventing us from continuing our participation in the challenge:

Because one of my submissions has been stuck in “Executing” status since July 15 and I'm no longer able to upload new Docker images for the same reason, two colleagues from my lab attempted to upload a Docker image using their own accounts, but were unexpectedly logged out during the process. Their accounts are now incorrectly flagged as inactive, and they are completely locked out of the platform.

Could you please investigate these problems and let us know if a resolution is underway, or if further action is required on our side?
