[URGENT] Docker resubmission stuck in “Queued” & team account disabled — blocking final submission ¶

Hello organizers,
I’m running into two urgent issues after resubmitting our Docker repository:
Timeline: On Aug 12, 2025, I resubmitted docker. The job has stayed in “Queued” since then and may have expired.
Latest: Today my teammate submitted different algorithms using his account. Shortly after, that account was disabled and can no longer log in.
Current blockers The queued submission can’t be executed or canceled, so I can’t re-upload without risking the final deadline.
Requests
Please execute the queued submission or clear it so I can resubmit before the deadline.
Please restore access to my teammate's account
What we’ve tried Checked email/platform notifications and attempted another submission, but the queue state and account block stop us.
Thanks in advance for your help—this is time-critical for our final submission.
